Wintertree Spelling Server adds spell checking to high-traffic Web sites

Wintertree Software is pleased to announce the release of Wintertree Spelling Server. This product makes it possible for Web page designers and developers using ASP to check the spelling of text entered in HTML form fields on high-traffic Web sites.

Wintertree Spelling Server was designed to support the needs of high-traffic Web sites, where a number of clients may request spelling checks simultaneously. Wintertree Spelling Server processes spelling requests quickly, checking the spelling of over 25,000 words per second on modest hardware. In addition, Wintertree Spelling Server conserves resources on the server by sharing main dictionaries among all clients.
