How to order

You can order our products using the following methods:

Ordering on-line

You can order Wintertree Software products using our secure, on-line ordering system. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the catalog, then click on the link for the product family you are interested in ordering. This will display a catalog form with items for each specific product in the product family.

  2. Locate the product you want to order, then click on the "Add to cart" button. You can change the quantity before clicking the button. Don't worry if you make a mistake -- you can adjust quantities or items in the order form.

  3. If you want to order more items, return to the catalog and repeat the procedure.

  4. When you have selected the items you wish to order, click on the "Checkout" link to display the order form.

  5. Fill in the order form, then click the "Submit" button.

Ordering by Purchase Order

If you are ordering from a company within North America, you can FAX a purchase order to us at 613-692-2059.

Place your order via our web site, and in the order form, select "Purchase order" as the payment option.

Ordering by Check or Money Order

Place your order via our web site, and in the order form, select "Check/money order" as the payment option.

Ordering by Wire Transfer

Our experience has shown that paying by wire transfer is prone to error and confusion. Our bank provides no way of determining where funds wire-transferred into our account originated, so if several customers pay by wire transfer at the same time we must wait until all transfers have been completed before any can be processed. Wire-transferred funds can take hours or days to arrive in our account. Tracking problems with wire transfers can be costly and time consuming for both parties. We therefore recommend that you pay by wire transfer only when other payment methods are unavailable.
